Trump's legal team claim he won the vote in Nevada

Trump's current legal team is one of the best in the world right now and the arguments they are making are quite sophisticated. Here's one argument that stood out to me, I'm not sure if this was directed at Nevada in particular but I think I might post it here, and I need at least seven bullet points to explain it clearly:

1) Election machines need to be registered by the county governments before use.

2) Since election machines are all registered, we know how many election machines each county has.

3) A given election machine has a maximum hourly throughput under optimal conditions.

4) Trump's legal team is claiming that the number of votes processed exceeds the maximum throughput of all registered voting machines in some counties.

5) The spike in votes happened after a very clearly observed delay, after which Biden began to pull ahead.

6) This is consistent with voter fraud because in order to plausibly overwhelm the legitimate votes still coming in (although there are also claims that these ballots were in some cases being destroyed or ignored), very large numbers numbers of fake votes would be needed. Otherwise, implausible events such as the 134,000 votes that were almost all for Joe Biden (and no one else down-ticket) would make the fraud obvious.

7) Therefore, since the county physically should not have been able to process this many votes, votes which came in after the delay and which ended up changing the trend must be fraudulent.

Per Sydney Powell they have taken a Dominion server in Germany and Dominion employees are bailing on the company. Some reportedly offering evidence for immunity.

The federal election Commisioner has now called the election illigitimate saying fraud did occur.

The FBI is now rumored to be likely investigating fraud.

Pennsylvania has now announced a full audit.

It's far from over. This is all in addition to Trumps evidence he is gathering for the Supreme Court.

The media covered H1N1 extensively and there has been considerable discussion of what was done well and what was done poorly. What is really funny here is that for months now Trumpers have been insisting that this is a 'normal flu season' and that we shouldn't make a fuss about it. Yet it is many times the deaths from H1N1. If you people really cared about flu deaths you would be talking about 2017, when more people died than during the H1N1 pandemic.

Of course, none of this is about people's lives - you proved that in 2014 & you proved it again this year. You just care about the politics and you just want to find excuses for the appalling handling of this pandemic by Trump.
