Police have to be prepared to use deadly force when and if warranted. A guy running away while aim.essly pointing a tazer is not one of those times. Pointing a gun yes shoot the SOB.

Well. It’s Monday morning and there was a slight mention on ABC. After 5 minutes of talking about increased gun violence, the last sentence before cutting to a new story did say “including 2 police officers”. So they acknowledged 2 dying. Not how, but who cares about the details. The only time race was mentioned by the anchors when they mentioned “white police officer shot Brooks” because a little girl was shot by that Wendy’s during one of the “protests.” this weekend apparently. At least that mayor did actually say “we have to look within to stop this”. Kudos to her for daring to mention it. No acknowledgment from Stephonopolis of course or the other puppets.

 

I think that was a justified shoot. The lesson to be learned is don't fight and don't run.

 

Precisely the point. It wasn't the cops who tasered an innocent person for a traffic violation. It was action on the part of the killer than brought it on.

Generally speaking, it almost always happens when they are wanted for other crimes. I am a former LEO. My father is a retired Chicago cop. As kids, we learned about death pretty early as one of dad's partners was killed during a routine traffic stop. My dad got the guy but his partner couldn't be saved.

There is no doubt that opportunity looters and rioters were both part of the BLM but there were opportunity rioters and looters who took advantage of the chaos.
