The strange thing was that Bush and Blair all got their second term even though the WMD accusation was proved a lie. The election machine is manipulated, so be the International Criminal Court. It is used to deal with "enemy" and will never be applied on its creater.

And to think that Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009, the same prize awarded to a noble, steadfast, wise and honorable man Desmond Tutu...

The credibility of the whole thing has been shot to bits by Obama. The "peace prize" president, painted in a saintly manner by the media, portrayed as the second coming of Christ, continues to murder and kill people worldwide with no regard, he even has his own personal list of people he'd love to murder in cold blood. His orders have killed countless innocents, including women, children and infants...He's rained "peace" and "democracy" bombs on Libya, continues to rain "peace" bombs on the heads of suspected militants in Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc. He is arming and supporting Al-Qaeda in Syria, so they can go on to murder and kill more Syrians...

but keep in mind he's a Nobel Peace Prize winner...and he's only killing these people because its for their own good.

Bush and Blair are criminals and they need to be brought to justice. They are pathological liars and of course have the blood of millions on their souls. How they sleep at night is anyone's guess...

Kuala Lampur has issued an information, against Bush:

    ----------------

For issuing an August 2001 memo, to the CIA and FBI, to cause them to stand down, at sharing intel, when the Brits and Mossad both warned of a September 2001 attack, which, neglected then caused 3400 dead and an Afghan war, which Bush wanted, Rudi Giuliani AND President Obamney AND A/G Holder should have kicked GW Bush right in the gnads, let alone prosecuted him.

For hooking up, with Blair, to engage a lying, Iraqi "informant," per Operation Curveball, so as to ignore the UN, CIA, and Joe Wilson, to then lie, in all directions, claiming Saddam had WMDs because they wanted to privatize Iraq's oil GW Bush, Dick Cheney, and anyone else culpable should have been busted, for an even nastier seditious conspiracy and RICO beef, by Obama's USDOJ.

For torturing illegal detainees and engaging in an ongoing seditious conspiracy, GW Bush AND Obama AND their clowns need to get sacked, by some human rights circus, TODAY.

But instead, the ATF did Op.Fast and Furious, so the USDOJ has to stonewall Congress and the Manning defense, for doc.ev. President Obamney got a piece-prize.

Whee! Republicrat-fun! GW is still walking around, but he might split, to Paraguay, where he and Poppy bought big ranches, 2005-6.

MSPs back war crimes move on Blair

parliamentary proposal to prosecute Tony Blair for "waging aggressive war against Iraq" has been backed by Scottish nationalists.

Independent MSP Margo MacDonald lodged a motion at the Scottish Parliament seeking "a simple amendment making illegal the waging of aggressive war with the intention of regime change so that Tony Blair could be brought to trial in Scotland".

It gained early support from SNP backbenchers Annabelle Ewing, Gordon MacDonald, John Finnie, Chic Brodie and Jim Eadie.

Ms MacDonald, a former SNP deputy leader, said Scotland has a unique opportunity to incorporate international criminal law into Scots law which is historically distinct.

Her husband Jim Sillars, another former SNP deputy leader, has called on "Alex Salmond's government or a bold backbencher" to "introduce retrospective legislation to indict the former prime minister on war crimes".

Writing in The Scotsman newspaper, he suggested an amendment to the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act 2001 or a short Bill to import the ICC's definition of "aggression" into Scots law.

"We have to ask if it can ever be right that a leader who, through conspiracy with another power and who paved the way to aggressive war through lies, distortions and manipulation of a parliament and people, should go unpunished while the victims of that war are either lying destroyed in their many thousands, or are living with the terrible consequences of it?" he said.

"Blair knew aggressive war was a crime. He believed he was safe, there being no legal system that could touch him. There is one now - ours."

Mr Sillars remains an SNP member but retreated from frontline politics following a rift with Mr Salmond in the 1990s, while Ms MacDonald fell out of favour with the party in 2003 and was expelled after standing as an independent.

Commenting on the motion at his Bute House residence, Mr Salmond said: "I fully understand the sentiment because I think that Tony Blair misled this country into an illegal war, and the consequences of that we are going to feel for generations to come. I led an attempt to impeach the prime minister on this very subject. In terms of the interpretation of Scots law, that's a matter for law officers."
