    To be fair there is a kind of control. The problem is that the wiki team is not enormous, so that it's slow [absuridites can remain on Wiki for months before they note them]. I personally corrected some mistakes which were simply ignored. And it works in this way: they rely on the contribution of the community in large part.

    Not rarely you can note comments by Wiki team saying that an article is poor, it doesn't meet the standard requirement, it needs to be improved ... but the article remains there, online ...

    Typical Russian propaganda - spread as much as possible fake news to confuse the Westerners and to convince Russian population that Russia is under attack from the US and NATO. There is no need for any Western general to be Ukraine - Western generals knowledge can be transferred by Zoom.
    There is also no need to Western instructors to be in Ukraine - it is much more effective to bring Ukraine soldiers to NATO countries where they can learn new equipment without the stress of the war. But the fake news about NATO generals and instructors are excellent Russian propaganda tool. Majority of Russians traditionally believe in a state propaganda.
