    With no dissenting opinions, even from a 6-3 conservative-heavy court, including three Trump appointees, the SCOTUS issued a one-sentence response to the suit from congressman Mike Kelly and other Pennsylvania Republicans, arguing that the state’s 2019 expansion of mail-in voting was illegal under state law.

    Did you think he wasn't lol.

    He's just using the process available to him and it's only the left throwing a fit about it.

    He will wrap up his court challenges and we will move on, it's hardly the end of the world as the left would have you believe.

    I do not consider Roberts to be a conservative. As far as I am concerned, it is a 5-4 conservative majority. (one could argue a 5.5-3.5 conservative majority)

    Yup.

    The lawsuit was not dismissed. Only the injunctive relief was.
