UK school funding crisis and immigration

    Fundamentally disagree.

    The people of this country elected government after government on the mandate that they would not join the EU. That they would hold referendum to ask us first.
    Each elected government then refused to do so. And the reason for their refusal? Polling showed them that we would vote "No"

    They simply refused to represent us. And instead chose to represent for themselves against us.
    There was no democracy involved at all. But rather a sustained and prolonged attack on it that ultimately has brought the concept of democracy in this country into disrepute.

    I strongly suspect that "representative" democracy is on the way out in this country. That more and more direct democracy is going to take it's place.
