Which law? The Israeli's traded back the Egyptian land for concession from Egypt. They were under no requirements to return it. Ethnic cleasning "the mass expulsion or killing of members of an unwanted ethnic or religious group in a society"

Where is the mass expulsion or killing? Israel is fortifying neighborhoods and pushing out the murderous Muslims because they keep attacking Israel over and over again. The Palestinians had their chance back in the 1990s when they would have gotten almost everything they wanted under teh Oslo accords. They turned their backs and left the table. RIght now whether people admit it or not Israel and Palestine are in a state of constant low level war. Israel doesn't have to do jack **** and yet to day murderous Palestinian Muslims are allowed to work in Israel and Palestinian kids go to Israeli schools paid for by Israel. You didn't know that either I bet.

Six Arab countries tried to destroy Israel WHICH WAS GIVEN TO THEM BY THE UN. They lost the war and Israel is under no obligation to return any of that land. European countries had colonies up till the middle of the 20th century and got rid of them willingly not because of your mysterious law.

Second why on Earth would you listen to the UN anyways today. They put terrorist states in charge of international peace and regimes that are repressive in charge of human rights. The UN lost all credibility decades ago.

Just one person. There are no doubt also Jews in Israel against the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians done by it's own government. It still is, that the Israeli government like all the previous governments for decades and decades, had this war criminal policy of ethnic cleansing Palestinians across the Israeli border... because that is what the fast majority wants. Not really remarkable. According to the Jewish religion, it's perfectly ok by their god to even commit genocide to thieve all of the land of Canaan.

The systematic killig of an ethnicity is what we call "genocide". Ethnic cleansing is something else. Please look it up what it is to be able to continue this conversation on an absolute minimum level.

Israel has stolen a major percentage of West Bank, driving the people from their homes. They even have significant holdings on the Jordon River now, while demanding that Palestinians stop drawing water for agriculture from that river.

There is absolutely no argument based on security. Look at a map. The Wall follows lines of real estate value, NOT lines of security. It captures the agricultural lands of river bottoms, not the hills of defense. Sure, they defend their holdings - because the STOLE THAT LAND and the owners of that land want their homes and their farms back. Wouldn't YOU?

In Jerusalem, Israel has used the tactic of coming early in the morning, driving people from their homes and then bulldozing their property before the people can even retrieve their belongings.

Israel rules large sections of West Bank with their foreign military law while Israelis living on stolen land answer to Israeli civil law, found innocent of all crimes perpetrated against Palestinians.

What's going on IS ethnic cleansing.

As for those in Israel, Israel has implemented a form of apartheid, with non Jews having second class status. Citizens who aren't Jews but who are living in Israel are not allowed to occupy the homes they owned when they fled the war (an illegal act), are restricted in where they live, whether they may build homes, etc. The inequality is felt by Christians as well as Muslims.

I posted the literal definition. Where is the mass expulsion? Israel has more than enough firepower to kill or push out every last Palestinian several times over. The West bank is the spoils of war they won after the 1967 Six Days war started by Egypt. You don't get to sit on your fat ass horse and pontificate about morality to a country that won a third war for their survival.

No one declared that Germany should be turned back over the the Nazi's or Japan should be turned back over to the Empire. Neither of those happened until massive societal and legal reforms were in place.

International law is that the borders do not change due to war.

Your second comment has no bearing on this. However, it IS an important topic. There are strong reasons for allowing all nations to participate. Basicly, progress can be made by putting bad actors in a position where they need to advocate for behavior that is NOT part of their own country.

Strategies for improvement don't always seem superficially obvious. Nixon dealing with China was a significant bit of progress in terms of the movement China has made since then, in part due to the new level of interaction between our countries. However, at the time we had many in America HATING the idea that we were strengthening economic ties with a "bad actor" communist nation.

I won't defend their treatment of their own citizens except to say that Arabs that live in Israel overwhelmingly identify themselves as Israeli first and also overwhelmingly prefer to live in Israel versus another Arab country. Can you say that about all the other cases of "apartheid" that exist in the world today?

The Uighars in China, Christians in Syria and Egypt (most Islamic countries in fact) or the Kurds in Turkey? How many UN resolutions have been directed at those countries lately? The level of hypocrisy in the UN is astonishing how the focus almost entirely in Israel and ignore all the other cases. The Palestinians are no different than the IRA or the Catalan separatists in Spain. They only speak with violence and murder and as such should be responded to appropriately.

Israel literally pays most Palestinian wages because they are allowed to work in Israel despite the increased security risk and they pay for their children's education. How in ****s name could anyone consider that in any way shape or form ethnic cleansing.

I think we've all seen this map many times before.

International law says no. That's how Israel and the fast majority of the Jewish population become war criminals by breaching this.

Apparently you didn't read very carefully. I said they COULD have had that land as part of their country but they turned the deal down. That's why they don't have a country and it isn't their land.

Why should Israel be bound to an agreement that none of the other parties agreed to and after multiple attempts since then to wipe them off the map?

Once again where do virtually all the attacks form from. They came from the West Bank and the Golan heights before Israel fortified those. If Israel just went in their without cause I would be first in line to denounce it but all of this happened AFTER Israel has been repeatedly attacked. Why would I feel on ounce of sympathy for the side that started a war and lost. Its their fault.

Edit: All of your arguments are moot since someone pointed out that the Palestinians have no land since they didn't agree to the treaty. Thus Israel is perfectly right to take whatever it is they wan't by force if necessary after having been repeatedly and ILLEGALLY attacked by its neighbors.

That is actually a good point. The Palestinians never did become a signatory to that agreement thus they have no legal claims at all. I keep forgetting about that small but very important detail. :D

People stay where they are even when their government mistreats them. The majority of South Africans were not attempting to leave South Africa simply because of the way they were treated under apartheid. Syrians have tried to stay in Syria even when Assad, Russia, Iran, the USA and the various ground forces destroy their cities.

Your assessment of Palestinians is certainly not what the IDF says. The IDF says Abbas is their primary partner in peace and allowed Abbas forces additional military weapons to help enforce that peace.

What credentials do YOU have that are superior to those of the IDF?

Israel has destroyed the economy of Palestine due to their ethnic cleansing progress. Besides demolishing farms and factories they prevent transport of goods.

Praising Israel for feeding those they put in a box and starve is really a tribute to your own total lack of humanity.

Once again? You previously demanded proof of Israel ethnic cleansing Arabs. And now you got it, you quickly push the goalpost. lol

Why would anybody feel any ounce of sympathy for Israeli Jews being attacked, when the fast majority of Israeli Jews have ethnic cleansed Arab civilians since day 1 till today and refuses to stop their extremistic religious war criminal behavior? And where Muslims go... not in my name, the international Jewish community massively support it while the rest of the Jews go silent. That does say it all.

And all they got to rebuke is... is we have to ethnic cleanse, because they resist. We got no other choice, but move our civilian population on their land.

I think you don't get it.

Even if Israel were give ALL of West Bank, EVERY Palestinian would retain full rights to their property in West Bank and would have FULL Israeli citizenship.

There isn't some form of "legal ethnic cleansing". It is a humanitarian crime - REGARDLESS of methodology.

Beyond that, the UNSC did establish a border. That has remained the case ever since.

They are supporting the PLO only because they are the lesser of two evils. Right now Hezbollah is the primary threat to Israel and Hezbollah and the PLO are enemies so duh of course Israel will pit themselves against each other. 20 years ago the PLO was the primary threat and so Israel supported anyone that opposed them.

Palestinians destroyed their economy. They spend half of the foreign aid they receive on paying for suicide bombers families. Thats hundreds of millions spent on terrorims instead of on their children which you claim to actually care about.

Nope you kept bringing up international law and the UN. So now that we know Palestine doesn't exist there are no laws applicable to them. We push people out of their homes in our own country with eminent domain laws as does every country. Israel is pushing back the hoard of murderous violent Muslims.

I am still waiting for you to post ethnic cleansing evidence. Palestinians primary source of income is working in Israel. Palestinians have tried to murder every last Jew during multiple wars now and yet you only care about those poor poor Palestinians. You would happily cheer if the next Arab-Israeli war left every last Jew dead in the street.

thousands of Palestinians have lost their right to live in East Jerusalem.

hundreds of thousands of Palestinians were kicked out of the West Bank in 1967.

    hundreds of thousands in 1948.

    tens of thousands in 1950.

For more than a decade, Palestine has worked to ensure internal security and nonviolence.

That has been well recognized by Mossad, the IDF and the rest of the world.

When Abbas worked to create a unified government between West Bank and Gaza, he required that the government of Gaza reject all violent means of independence, choosing negotiation alone. Gaza agreed to those terms.

If Israel wanted to ensure that direction, they would allow Abbas to succeed in forming that government. Instead, Netanyahu even blocks Abbas from traveling there.

You're idea that any fraction of aid is going to suicide bombing is just plain silly. The government of Palestine under Abbas has proven itself to be focused on a negotiated conclusion and rejection of violent means.

200,000 Palestinians fled Kuwait, due to economic burdens, regulations on residence and fear of abuse by Kuwaiti security forces. Arafat claimed that the Jordanian army killed between 10,000 and 25,000 Palestinians... Iraq, Lebanon, Saudis... everyone seems to give it to Palestinians... why?

Palestine is recognized as a non-voting member state.

Your idea that Palestine doesn't exist is a figment of your imagination.

I have NO idea who you are, but Israel is carrying out ethnic cleansing, stealing the property and possessions of Palestinian citizens on a continuing basis.

That's a profoundly disgusting humanitarian crime carried out for PROFIT!

So, then you COMPLAIN that Palestinians resist when Israel bulldozes their homes, steals their water rights, destroys their economy, jails their children, treats them to foreign military law?

Wow! Where the heck did YOU come from?
