Under Trump, US jobs are moving overseas even faster than before

Ask cook not me. He's the one that clearly said the tax cut is what enabled this . Money saved is money invested. Some people just can't accept reality.

Apple CEO Tim Cook told ABC on Wednesday that Apple will now be "paying $38 billion that we would not have paid" under the old tax system, but will be paying less over time, which is "one reason why we can... invest over $350 billion in the United States."

 

There's no need to ask Cook. It's utterly self evident.

The investments would have happened anyway, tax cut or no tax cut.

Why? Because they were already planned and underway, months and months ago!

 

Cook flatly states the money he saved due to tax cuts is one reason he can now invest billions in America. I know you hate that but there it is. This was the goal of cutting corporate taxes and apple is the proof in the pudding. Tax cuts work.

 

It's a matter of facts and common sense, not likes or dislikes.

Explain, using your own powers of deduction, how this month's tax cuts have enabled investments that were already underway, months and months ago, at least?

 

Not this again. Your "good" graph showed that tax revenue was increasing every year before any tax cuts and I gave you figures that showed that tax revenue was increasing at a faster rate when tax was 46% than when the tax rate cut to 34%. And your "good" graph showed that the only times that tax revenue fell year on year was when the tax rates were at near their lowest

 

LOL. Demand for goods and services allows it.

 

Hint: research why they only compared to the last five years, while simultaneously referencing the Obama Presidency... ???

Then, find more reliable news sources.

 

We already said the cuts expedited his intent.
He was planning this already. They just didn't decide to do this at Christmas time.
