    Judging by this post, you've never read or studied or contemplated the Ninth Amendment.

    I think the only Supreme Court case that mentions the Ninth is Griswold v. Connecticut, so it's easy to understand how you might be unaware of the Ninth and what it means.

    Oh the arrogance of this post. I had actually thought about the 9th while making that post. Decided against mentioning it. I figured that if a person has trouble understanding the difference between a Constitutional Right and a Right then they'd have problems understanding the 9th as well.

    It's a pity you decided against mentioning it. Rational public dialogue might have resulted had you mentioned the Ninth.

    Instead we get hurt feelings and typical internet superficiality.

    I made a mistake. Juror 8 is the most pros defendant juror. Juror 3 is the most anti-defendant juror.
