According to Lavrov, the US is only interested in restoring the part of Syria that is anti Assad but there is even more. It turns out that a directive was sent out by the political department of the UN telling them not to participate in any organizations that will restore the Syrian economy. So who is behind this?

Is it the US, Saudi Arabia and maybe the rest of the coalition, and why? Is it to break up Syria and redistribute the people into separate religious cantons, or maybe to keep the refugees in Europe so as to change the demographics and form an internationalist liberal system similar to the Soviet Union? Of course this would be exactly what George Soros and his liberal Washington ideologues want - although It's certainly
not what Saudi Arabia would want. Anyway I'm just speculating.

Putin asked the EU to help Syria's neighbors cope with the refugee problem so there wouldn't be a new wave of migration to disrupt the EU, and also to help with the restoration of Syria so they can go home. Tens of thousands are doing so now from Lebanon.

"It turned out that the political department of the UN Secretariat really published and disseminated throughout the UN system a secret directive in October last year prohibiting organizations participating in this system to take part in any projects to restore the Syrian economy. Only humanitarian assistance, nothing more," Lavrov said.

A US refusal to take part in the reconstruction of Syria was designed to impede the return of Syrian refugees home, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday. The Russian diplomat said the US was only interested in rebuilding parts of Syria where opposition to Syrian President Bashar Assad was active.

    Sounds like extortion to me...

"Putin asked the EU to help Syria's neighbors cope with the refugee problem so there wouldn't be a new wave of migration to disrupt the EU, and also to help with the restoration of Syria so they can go home."

They can't go home to Assad and the same situatiom that existed before they fled. Russia should fix that first or pick up the tab for rebuilding Syria.

If we are going to help these countries, the countries should deed us, say 10% of the country.
    90% of something, is
    better than 100% of nothing.

You are saying if someone comes uninvited to your house the way the American coalition went uninvited to Syria, and begins destroying your house, he shouldn't have to pay for the damage unless you deed him part of your house?

What are you a mafia member?

Correction: You should have stayed out of that crap before, but since you didn't stay out of it and wanted to bomb, bomb away, and since you can't restore the lives lost, you should at least pay for the damages.

Of course I know you won't, after all criminals will always be criminals. Here's some pictures of what the US coalition did to Raqqa in Syria, and Mosul in Iraq. What freaks me out, is that they told the people in Mosul not to leave and that they had precision bombs. So it wasn't only a destruction of their homes and livelihood, it was genocide as well.

After a year the bodies in Mosul are still not buried.

Russia didn't get involved until Sept 2015. Remember that within the past month Assad refused the Constitution Puttin offered.. Assad wants to be president for life.. That's how their "elections" are set up. So nothing has changed.

Jordan, Lebanon, The GCC, Turkey and the Europeans are already paying for Syrian refugees.
