This is exactly why secret voting is more democratic. Open voting is good for security council. Because there the sides which are always to ruin the world can notify openly that some decision is making them extremely nervous. But in the UN secret votes are much better, because even an ally can vote against the side without spoiling relations. UN definitely needs reforms. Why not this?
