If the Scandinavians keep the flotilla small and keep the violent types out (not an easy job, but doable), the Israelis will have a much harder time dealing with the negative publicity of stopping and boarding the vessels. Let's hope they wait until the ships are close enough to Israel and Gaza for the IDF to legally board them.
