Using bacteria to reduce radioactivity

    Most of the past work with bacteria focuses on making the radioactive element insoluble in water through a chemical reaction and then concentrating it somewhere else (i.e. at the bottom of a lake or sea). Really interesting if groundbreaking work comes out of Montclair State.
