USMCA Replaces NAFTA as Trump Delivers on One of Biggest Promises

I'm not "looking for someone to blame". By that notion, the establishment looks to Russia(and at least pretends to give a damn about China but not really.). No, it's more I care for my country and the people in my country than the rest of the world. If the world cooperates with America, America will cooperate with the world.

But if the world doesn't cooperate with us, I'm not taking that lightly.

That said, NPR says the average mexican autoworker made 3.14 an hour prior to this deal.

Also, the mexican autoworkers are skilled, minimum wage US jobs not so much.

The CDC used other modelers for their estimates and those estimates have been rapidly rising because of the latest REAL data. And it was you who brought up the 2 million estimate, not me.

As for the thread topic, again, I just wish that the USMCA did a single thing in regards to the 11.1% unemployment rate and the 130,000 dead Americans.

working on it...there are more then one way to pay. Trump got them to agree to pay auto workers more. Which will create less of an incentive for companies to move there, thus increasing b tax revenue here

If I were in Congress, I'd have a national health care plan on the floor to be debated. Although it would be meaningless to have it on the floor with Speaker Pelosi, who is singlehandedly, the greatest problem in Congress today.

The thing we can all hope and pray for, is that Pelosi is either defeated in November, the Democrats lose the house, or they get some sense to go in a different direction for House Speaker in the new Congress.
