Anybody know any more about this? It supposedly stands for Vast, Active, Living, Intelligence System, a satellite controlling the world (Probably not coincidental that it could also describe the human race) Outlined in the novel by Philip K. Dick. Has a theory that time doesn't really exist and/or the Roman Empire never fell.
