After a week off from work with the flu at the end of this past February, I managed to give up tobacco cigarettes. I had been a smoker for 22 years before then. While I can only speak for myself personally(and therefore not passing judgment on other's experiences), I can honestly say it wasn't that hard to do it. I was mentally ready, and that's honestly 3/4 of the work right there. If you don't want to quit something addictive, and I mean truly want to quit, your chances of success are hobbled from the start. '

In any case, I found that vaping was a great way to head off the habitual cravings that remained. I never felt physically drawn to smoking, it was mostly the habit and the routine, especially at work. Vaping has given me a way to deal with that which, though it is also unhealthy in it's own ways, isn't as harmful as tobacco cigarettes.

I've been buying my supplies from a company called Vapor4Life over the internet. I prefer to use the cigarette style batteries and cartridges and while I started out on prefilled carts, I've recently been buying blanks and bottles of juice to refill them with.

So does anyone else vape? What are your favorite flavors? Do you prefer tobacco related flavors or do you branch out and explore other more foody type flavors.

I can honestly say my two favorite flavors so far have been Caramel and Cinnablaze(cinnamon obviously). I buy them in the 1.8% nicotine variety.

I am going to start vaping. I've seen good results with people who do.

There are a lot of inexpensive brands that work just as well as expensive ones.
