Voter IDs vs Gun permits

    Much of the argument against Voter IDs is that they cost money and are a burden to obtain, and there should be no sucn burdens or costs in order to vote, which is a protected right.

    and yet, those same folks have NO problem at all with gun possession permits and the extreme paperwork required to apply for one...even though gun ownership is a protected Constitutional right.

    is this hypocrisy?

    Where do Voter IDs cost money? I know in FL and AL they are free.

    All the conservatives I know think ID should be required to vote.
    The dems champion the handouts. Why don't they handout voter IDcards?
