    Walmart, the giant retailer known for their bargain prices is facing a challenge from a relative newcomer who is intent of capturing the retailers vast cache of purchasers.

    Employees will be happy to know that WinCo offers to its employees who work 24 or more hours per week, a medical benefits package and a pension too boot.

    Funny thing is the business model is not that new. An extremely successful chain world wide is Aldi, and they have been doing this for 50 years
