WaPo Editorial Board: Sarah Sanders 'Should Be Allowed To Eat Dinner In Peace'

    By Morgan Gstalter
    06/24/18

The Washington Post editorial board defended White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Sunday after she was kicked out of a Virginia restaurant.
The “Never-At-Rest Social Media” has blurred the lined of public and private life, the newspaper’s board wrote.
“It wasn’t the first time recently that strong political feelings have spilled into what used to be considered the private sphere,” the editorial board wrote. “We understand the strength of the feelings, but we don’t think the spilling is a healthy development.”
Earlier this week, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen’s dinner at a Mexican restaurant in Washington, D.C., was interrupted by protesters.
The same thing happened days later to Trump’s top immigration adviser, Stephen Miller, who was called a “fascist” while dining at another Mexican restaurant.
“We nonetheless would argue that Ms. Huckabee, and Ms. Nielsen and Mr. Miller, too, should be allowed to eat dinner in peace,” the editorial board wrote.

This is all backfiring on those leading the Progressive De Left, so the WaPo is trying to get out in front before it hits the new news cycle..
This is like the anarchist who been handing out cases of Molotov cocktails to the rabid mob telling them not to burn down buildings with those bottles. Too late, fools. You fanned these flames a long time ago. Truth is a difficult concept for Progressive Dem Leftists you can see why they're confused. They have shown they have no moral authority and are just like their Marxist, Maoist, ideologs and other mass murders that believe they have the moral authority to commit any crime they want.

It seems everything is blowing up in their face lately.

This incident makes them look elitist, the immigration thing was a huge embarrassment for them, and now it looks like Mueller is going to wrap up his investigation without finding anything.

Meanwhile the economy is humming along, NK is releasing POW remains, Trumps trade war seems to be working towards his favor...…..it really isn't looking good for the left at all.

Even the New York Times seems surprised

    The New York Times‏Verified account
Trump voters have become a resilient force for the midterms. They leap to his defense, they say, because criticism has gotten out of control.s surprised.

They're not used to us punching back.

    Here's another pundit

Scott Adams: "This is personal now. I'm actually considering voting for the first time. It's not about policy, it's about self defense... They're coming for you (Trump supporters) next". Please get out and VOTE!

We are a resilient force because liberals in America have gone off the rails. They have become rude, violent, profane, and disgusting. And we are simply not going to take it anymore.

If a bakery has the right to chose which persons they will serve and which they will not, a restaurant should have the same right.

I hope the hypocritical left continues their descent into madness. They may end up empowering a third, central, sane party to rise up in their place.

They do. the difference, of course, is Sarah, a grownup, won't be suing or demanding Mommy Government force the restaurant to serve her.

It would still be a Marxist Socialist ideology. No matter how the Democrats deny their ideological ties to the CPUSA, it always comes back to haunt them. The AFL/CIO union is just part of the organizations that support the "Democratic Party Cause". Just look at the supposed Green Party led by Jill Stein.

DSA works inside the Democratic Party and has cross membership with the Communist Party USA, Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism, Socialist Party USA and the Green Party USA. DSA has close ties to the radical Institute for Policy Studies, ACORN, Jobs with Justice, Congressional Progressive Caucus and publications including Dissent, The Nation and The American …

Various communist and socialist groups were photographed and filmed during the October 2 “One Nation Working Together” rally in Washington, D.C. But the real controversy could be found in the fact that the Communist Party USA, a group that served as a subversive pawn of Moscow for decades, was officially invited to be part of it.
"The officially-sanctioned groups also included the AFL-CIO and several left-wing labor unions; United for Peace and Justice, founded by veteran Marxist activist Leslie Cagan; Code Pink; the ANSWER Coalition, a front of the Party for Socialism and Liberation; the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); the Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism; Green for All, the group once associated with former White House official Van Jones; Democratic Socialists of America, which helped give Barack Obama his start in Illinois state politics; and the NAACP".

For once the Washington Post is right about something! The more press the morons on the left like Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, etc. get, the more they expose themselves to the American people for who they really are!

The difference is that no one is taking the restaurant to legal court. This sort of thing is where the court of public opinion has jurisdiction. And it seems to have come to a verdict :)

Which is why I think a third, central party needs to replace it. Bill Clinton may have been the last centrist Democrat. And I'm not at all suggesting that the Green Party is centrist.
