As previously stated, the Western powers were not, at bottom, motivated by defeating Hitler fascism during the Second World War. They were motivated primarily by defeating, in their view, an errant Russia. That plan did not work out then, but the underlying strategic motive of subjugating an "errant Russia" is still the same in the present time.

 

I will tell you again. You obtained your information in archives about documents issued for political and propagandistic purposes. Partial discrimination did exist, especially on suspicion of ties with Zionists or dissident movement. I grew up and have worked in the former Soviet Union. This is how I learned first hand about what propaganda is. This is how I could discover lies and propaganda spread by Zionists and corporate media of USA. When in the Soviet time college, I did not like my propagandist teachers in history and communist ideology. Those were not by choice classes. Unfortunately, majority of those professional brainwashers were Jews. They were passionate preachers of communist ideology. Excellent school to learn exactly what PROPAGANDA is about. This is like Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. Here, in America, you can easily ignore Jimmy Swaggart preaching to get a diploma. In the Soviet Union, if you would not attend those preaching communism classes, you would never graduate. You can find a lot of preaching in TV channels, but our news sound like preaching as well - propaganda and lies on behalf of corporations.

 

Anti-semitism, Jewish persecution and discrimination was rife throughout Europe at that time. The British establishment, for example, from top to bottom, absolutely detested the Jews - hated them with a vengeance. Many were extremely sympathetic to Hitler. Hitler sympathizing fascists persecuted the Jews in London and they were supported in that aim by the establishment figure, Mosley. In reality Mosley spoke on behalf of the ruling class he represented. The only difference between him and the closet fascists in the UK government at that time, was that he was open and frank about his anti-semitism. The notion that the war against Nazi Germany was motivated first and foremost in order to save and protect the Jews is absolute garbage.

At the end of the day, the the ruling classes were scared sh*tless about the potential of a working class revolution spreading beyond the Soviet Union to the rest of Europe. Ultimately, it was the Red Army of the Soviet Union that defeated Hitler fascism - the very country who you imply were comparable, if not worse, than Nazi Germany under Hitler with regards to anti-Jewish sentiment and persecution. Such a suggestion is not only absurd, but it's offensive to the 20+ million Soviets who lost their lives to defeat fascist Germany.

The balance sheet is clear. The fate of Jews would have been far worse had the Red Army not defeated Hitler fascism. Ultimately, that's all you need to understand.

 

Jews worked hard and fought in the Red Army very well, there are really many of them were highly honored for valor during war time. No doubts, Red Army save millions of Jews. Nevertheless, if something is Jewish, it does not automatically mean it is correct and good. Jews were as much evil collaborating with Communist party as people of any other ethnicity, Russians or Estonians. My college teachers would not hesitate to report on me to our KGB office located right in the college, if I would ask them too many difficult questions. And the questions I had, some of our students had been suspended and questioned and punished as a result. Some of those Communist ideology preachers retained their posts, changed their colors and still keep their positions in colleges or retired happily under Putin's rule. No anti-Semitism or even slight vengeance for the not so glorious past.

 

That's why I'm always reluctant issues like this into overly simplistic ones based on sectarianism. The sooner people grasp (Jews included) that the Jewish "community" like everybody else, is comprised of a multiplicity of individuals, all with different needs and aspirations, the better it will be for everybody.

 

I don't think anyone disagrees with this, I certainly don't. Some jews were communists with stalin like Yakov Sverdlov who was pure evil and a murderer. Nobody claims that jews are angelic, they have their bad apples like everyone else.

Abject unmitigated nonsense not backed by a shred of historical fact which is proven simply through the fact that when the Soviets and Reich jointly invaded Poland in alignment with the secret protocol of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact the allies ONLY declared war on Germany and not on the Soviet Union.

 

In the Soviet Union twenty thousand bishops, priests and monks were killed and five thousand churches were destroyed in the first few years. When the Bolsheviks tried to destroy Saint Basils in Moscow the people wouldn't allow it, so it survived. About two million Russians ran out of the country to escape being killed. Many went East to Shanghai, others to Iran, Serbia, France, etc. It was basically a war on Christianity as well as on the nobility, but somehow the babushkas kept the faith alive, and passed it on to their grandchildren. I know that Putin's mother had him baptized secretly. If his father found out he would have freaked since it would have jeopardized his position in the communist party and his job.

I know of two priests who survived. One was in the gulag for thirty years and was able to survive because he was under the protection of a criminal he had nursed when he was sick, and the other was a famous surgeon, who they felt was too valuable to remain in the gulag.

 

this is why its insane & absurd that Russians today wave Soviet flags, love Stalin, and want to make it a crime to insult the history of the USSR.

Apparently, UkrNazi propaganda was quick to accuse rebels in commiting this horible crime. They said it was a manpad missile, which locked on and hit air conditioner. Apparently only brainless cattle can believe this type of fairy tales, because numerous evidence and technical specifications deny even a slightest possibility of it happening.

One thing is good: people do not submit. Evil brought by EU and NATO should be opposed. I hope they will win. If EU loves neo Nazi from Lvov, why some Russians cannot love Stalin, who died many years ago. He is a symbol to some, just like Bandera is a symbol to certain elements in western Ukraine. Russians have to hold one to preserve their culture and way of life. Even Stalin is an important character in their history, not Bandera.

A surgeon from Slavyansk (Kovalev Mihail Georgeevich) holding a dead girl. Her name was Polina. Six years old. She was killed by UkrNazi shell fragment.

The hospital Mihail Georgeevich was working in was destroyed by UkrNazi flith.

 

These are crimes committed by Junta from Kiev. They hid behind their fake president Poroshenko, but they kill people, clinging to power at any cost. This will never be forgiven to them.

 

I can't claim to know exactly what is going on in the Ukraine. All I know is that I find Nazis more distasteful than Commies, no matter how many elections they each hold.
