When you look at the citation, snopes, doesn't seem to be a credible resource of authority here. Perhaps once the CDC numbers or NIH numbers are released, we can have a discussion.

Such things are easy to check, but its even easier to just say it out of ignorance.

It is true that homicides are up, and not just in dem cities, but the raise has been equally sharp on repub cities as well.

That's cool. I was not seeking for your agreement. The numbers are from CDC, although the last months are estimated because official numbers are not out yet. One thing we know for sure is that deaths accelerated even more towards the end of the year, so the final numbers are likely to be even worse.
