Let’s assume a guy and a girl have sex and she gets pregnant. She wants to keep the baby and he doesn’t. So, unbeknownst to her, on week 5 he feeds her a drink with abortion meds in it, causing zero health complications for the woman but causing her to lose the baby.

Should he be charged with murder?

Let’s assume a woman is four weeks pregnant and she gets assaulted, leading to the death of the 4 week old baby.

I don’t know how it is over there where you’re controlled by the Crown, but over here, that equates to murder.

So if that’s murder then on what ground is it not murder for a woman to abort the same baby at the same week of gestation?

Great...so what....what has that to do with someones medical condition and some lass wanting to do something about it....

 

Let’s apply that same logic….if an adult does we have an autopsy to determine cause of death. So logically we need to know every woman’s cycle now so we can make sure she wasn’t pregnant and then aborted. Since most fertilized eggs are actually aborted by the body, all tampons are now a potential crime scene.

 

It means if it’s murder for someone else to take that life then by definition it’s murder for her to take that life.

 

No we don’t. Just like we don’t need to drug test every human being to determine if they’re getting high and as such possessing illegal substances. We only need to do so when we have cause to do so.

 

Words have definitions. A baby isn’t a baby until it’s a baby. It’s exactly like how a toddler isn’t a toddler until it’s a toddler. Humans don’t start as babies. We go through stages of life. Start with egg and sperm, the fertilized egg then to zygote than fetus, etc. none of those stages are babies.

Potential parents announce they are going to have a baby. No pregnant mom says she has a baby.

 

Women are still going to be able to be Pro Choice after this Supreme Court ruling, it's just they can either choose

So let’s assume that we have a pre-viable fetus which is 4 weeks old. The mother wants to keep the baby, the father does not. So the father feeds the mother a drink with abortion meds in it. It causes her zero complications but she loses the baby.

In this country that’s murder. And it doesn’t matter if you call it a zygote or a fetus or a baby… if you willfully cause the loss of a pregnant woman’s fetus or whatever… that’s murder and you will be charged with murder.

However if that EXACT same woman takes that EXACT same fetus/baby/whatever at the EXACT same date of gestation and she kills it, it’s not considered murder.

If it’s murder to take the life of a 4 week old fetus for someone who isn’t the mother then on what grounds is it not murder for the mother to take that life?

Either it’s a life or it’s not a life. Whether the mother wants it or not is COMPLETELY irrelevant to whether or not it’s a life.

So which is it?

 

A zygote is alive; it's a potential human life. About half of fertilized eggs fail to even produce a zygote. There are way too many reasons a fetus will be aborted through no fault of the mother's. Since nobody has any plans to put a woman in prison for something her body did, it then becomes obvious that this is a grey area, and cannot be answered true/false.

The question is whether or not it’s a life. If it’s a life, then it’s murder to end it. If it’s not a life, then it’s not murder to end it. However our law already dictates that it’s a life, as evidenced by the fact if you end that life and you’re not the mother, you will go to prison for murder.

They do have schools over there in that bog you live in right? Do they teach y’all logic or do they spend their time teaching your men how to properly wear skirts? Our trannys could learn a lot from you guys.
