The Special Investigator can investigate according to his mandate and he can indict for violations of the Constitution and for violations of the Oath of Office, etc. But Congressional committees can indict for election fraud, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, violation of emoluments clause, etc.

At some point I’ll probably start to feel sorry for you guys having such a string of letdowns and disappointments. But not yet.

And if you guys get rid of Trump I’ve lost nothing because I’m not personally emotionally attached to him and it will be exciting to watch you melt down over Pence.

The investigations have found so much that they've had to expand their investigations to encompass more and more. But it's true that we're anxious to see the results and get the trumps deal with.
