Because the US is so politically divided, anyone who doesn’t support one side or the other is seen as the odd one out. Yet there are tens of millions like me and you meet us every four years at the ballot box. In the US, sometimes we the silent majority get it wrong and vote in Messiahs or people who really should be in a nursing home instead of posing as ‘saviors’ come to lead their believers into the promised land. But we all make mistakes, right?

Pity the poor Europeans who once in can’t vote out the European Union and are stuck in a wasteland of endless liberal nightmares.

"You should know that those who observe us from afar are worried. I saw and heard and listened some of the other planets leaders."

    Obama’s Revenge

But wait, perhaps the Founding Fathers really were Afro-Americans, an African tribal chief (distantly related to Kamala Harris) discovered America in his canoe in 1427 and the Virgin Mary was a transgender?

    Liberals Made my Dog Bark

Yet as one half of the forum gnash their teeth, the other half tired of a fake Messiah in 2016 voted in a … God. Where on earth did this gibberish come from?!

"To say no to President Trump would be saying no to God and I won’t do that. I’m downloading heaven [screaming]"

Runners up in the idiocracy include Hillary Clinton with "Ready for change, ready to fail" and Bernie Sanders’ "Feel the Bern taxes."

    We the Silent Majority

But now the good news. Forget Fox and CNN. There’s only one place you can get real unbiased news from and it’s free right here on politicalforum. ‘Oh I didn’t know that …’ brought to you by Kris P. Bacon’s one man news team and updated weekly until I get bored with it.

LOL! Trumpers are not the silent majority, the are the loud minority. There is a reason why there are "F Biden" and "Let's go Brandon" flags and bumper stickers everywhere, and it's not because Trump voters are silent. Rather, they've taken partisanship to a hate level that has rarely been seen before.

i agree, this country is very divided by loud mouthed obnoxious trumper types parroting a bunch of bad information, if there is ant sileht group, it is the former old school republican party who have watched their party jump into a populist toilet

Yep, it used to be that people put their yard signs away the moment the election was over, only to bring them back out a few months before the next election. Now, yuuge Trump flags and signs are everywhere. But, I guess that must all be the Dem's fault, too.

I’d say there’s no such thing as the silent majority anymore. There may however be a silent plurality. A plurality that decides elections. A plurality that swings back and forth between the two major parties. Giving one party the victory in one election, then giving the other party a win in the next one. People who are looking for the middle or common ground between what has become two extremist parties.

This silent plurality holds both major parties in contempt and in disdain. If it were possible, there’d be a viable third party somewhere in-between the existing two major parties’ extreme ideologies. But with our two-party system, monopoly if you will, having a viable third-party rise is impossible. Republicans and democrats write our election laws and they do so as a mutual protection act. If there’s one thing these two extreme parties agree on, it’s no viable third party will ever rise.

So, we of the silent plurality will vote one party in one election and then vote them out the next. That’s our history.

You could say that if Dems were flying Biden or Clinton flags when it is not an election year, or flying "f Trump" flags. Now, I am sure you can dig up an internet photo of one of those. However, I have personally never seen one, whereas I could take 20+ pictures of Trump flags or "f Biden" signs on my short commute to work. Thus, there is no equivalency, no matter how hard you want to create one.

Correction, the loud minority are the progressives like Bernie, AOC and the like. They try convincing people that they are more important than they really are.

I am not the one trying to create an equivalency based on my commute. If I was, I could say that Democrats don't use turn signals! Living in Los Angeles, I see the opposite. There were plenty of Tuck Frump type symbols on cars, t-shirts, etc. When he got elected, the demonstrations were heated. I went to a friends movie premier and got stuck in Hollywood because demonstrators blocked the freeway.

I don't see a difference between the two parties or their followers. I see people getting recruited as useful soldiers in their parties fight to gain/maintain power. Dems are no different even if you want to believe otherwise.

There is a really good book on the subject. I recommend it.

I think it depends on the issue.

    Transgendering? It's butchery

"Chloe Cole at 17 is a beautiful girl who will never be a woman because the LGBT has succeeded in grooming confused little girls into becoming little boys and in grooming confused little boys into becoming little girls."

"Lawmakers in California, her home state, are too cowardly to stop this nonsense but Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is willing to take on the Gay Mafia and its corporate sponsors -- Disney mainly -- to halt this child abuse."

Cole testified in Tallahassee "on behalf of a rule that would block puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries from minors. Medicaid also would not cover these pills and procedures."

'"When Chloe was 12 years old, she decided she was transgender. At 13, she came out to her parents, she was put on puberty blockers and prescribed testosterone. At 15, she" had her breasts cut off. "Less than a year later, she realized she’d made a mistake — all by the time she was 16 years old."

"Chloe, from the Central Valley in California, told a hearing of Medicaid officials in Tallahassee on Friday: 'No child should have to experience what I have.'

"She said therapists told her prior to transitioning she did not understand the ramifications."

'I was unknowingly physically cutting off my true self from my body, irreversibly and painfully.'

"Later, she was asked what her advice to the public would be. She replied: 'Do not transition your kids.'"

"Helena Kerschner, a 23-year-old detransitioner from Cincinnati, Ohio, who was born a biological female, first felt gender dysphoric at age 14. She says Tumblr sites filled with transgender activist content spurred her transition."

"Four years ago, 50% supported allowing men who say they are women competing in women's sports. Now that Americans have seen this firsthand, only 36% do. A 61% majority of Americans oppose letting men who say they are women to compete in women's sports."

Majorities can form rather quickly and go from silent to vocal.

I won't be voting for any republicans. Whether or not I vote on any democrats is an open question that will be answered by Labor Day. If student loan payments resume in September, which it looks like they will, without Biden having delivered on either his promises of one time adjustments or student loan cancellations, which it looks like he won't be, then I will vote for third parties or not at all. He has dicked around too long not delivering. Doing it at the 11th hour in October won't sway me. My mind will have already been made up by then. Right now all it looks like is the Department of Ed is focused on making sure Department of Ed employees get their own PLSF waivers processed by then and screw the deplorable masses.

Actually, it is the Dems' fault. If we hadn't had decades of political elites pi$$ing all over our institutions and hard-working average Americans a Trump Presidency could have never happened. Even this many years after 2016 Dems have absolutely no idea why American voters put Trump in office.

Quickie - Are you and I the only people that passed statistics? Why on Earth would anybody think conservatives are the "majority" in anything other than <censoring myself>? It's not a CPA Exam. It's just math and percentages. WTH?

Trump stated that Rs can win unless non-R districts are marginalized. Why is this a difficult concept? /smdh

People on the left tend to say, well, you know, what’s wrong with that? The answer is it eventually destroys society. Little by little it creeps in, transgender, bestiality, homosexuality as a taught lifestyle choice to children … It was never about gay rights it was about mainstream acceptance of abnormal behaviour in which people become things, a bizarre experiment for the latest fashion trend in reinventing humans based on beliefs. It’s a sick world we live in.

1 in 6 Gen Z adults are LGBTQUIAAP2S according to the Washington Post.

If you think today is crazy, wait until that generation starts controlling the world.

I genuinely don't know where they can even go from here. Paedophilia is about the only taboo left, I can't see them going for that but who knows.

My mother said that about miniskirts and the rolling Stones.
    Let freedom ring.

BTW do stop posting misinformation. Every post in the EU is voted on either directly or under representative democracy. There are elections every four or five years depending on what position you are talking about and even QM decisions meet a higher threshold than 51%.

Now, you are just being unreasonable insensitive, QN. Don't you know that the ones who are "more equal" should have their concerns heard and we all need to lob around them to protect them from their "sad"?

Of course, for those of us with souls, that's a bit difficult because they don't give a damn about anybody else's "sad" or even contributing to the <censoring myself> that cause them the "sad".

They would probably go full force Jim Jones style and mass suicide themselves if they were treated the way they treat every other minority group. /smdh

Indeed. Fortunately we live in country where if We The People are determined and work together, we can restrain these elements bent on violating the rights of others. And we start by working to make sure we aren't collectively funding this evil.
