He has no reason to release them.

Let me ask you this. Are you sitting on the fence, wondering who to vote for, just waiting to make your decision based on the information in his tax returns? I highly doubt it.

The only thing releasing them will do is let the democrats say, "see how much money he has, hes evil, hes the devil don't vote for him..Whaaaaa!"

It serves no other purpose other than showing a willingness to cave in to the lefts demands. McCain only released two years worth so that is the new precedent. Nobody on the left had a problem then so you should have spoke up sooner. Now its too late to demand anyone do it.

Yep. agreed. also, it would be interesting to see just how many republicans will vote for him just for that reason: "aha, you stinking liberals don't like Romney, Whaaaa! up yours, because I'm voting for him"

Well, at least we have a CON proving that Obama had no need to release his birth certificate...............because it only let the CONS say, "See, it was photoshopped."

And I think got hip to what the CONS did and he doesn't want to play these games now that they are turned on him. Pathetic.

He will definitely get the tax cheat vote. And he will be a good role model for anybody thinking about cheating on their taxes.

That said, I'm only interested in the amnesty agreement he got from the IRS, not 10 years worth of statements. As you know, you don't get amnesties for misdemeanors.

There's many things that Romney's probably hiding.

He's probably part of the 47% that he says that he loathes.
He claimed to live in his son's unfinished basement in order to establish residency.

The tax forms are out there. I hope Mitt has a backup plan for when they get released.

LOL!! Seriously, if he's the POTUS... he'd BETTER be concerned (especially if he expects to improve the nation as a whole).

Really, if we just let them starve to death then we wont have to worry about them. Under our current system we just seem to be keeping them alive so they can create more hungry people.
Just look at Africa. We've sent trillions over the decades to them and they're still hungry.

What Romney thinks of HALF of the American populace, is reprehensible... and it should literally DISQUALIFY him from this contest.

What a fracking over privileged, bag of JERK... Romney is!!! :angered::angered:

He's hiding how able he is, how good of a person he is, how financially successful he is, how charitable and loving he is.

And do you know WHY he is hiding these things?

Because some religions, and I imagine Mormonism toward the top of the list, consider it evil to advertise certain good qualities. To them, humility is very, very important.

And I think that Mitt tries very hard to abide by what his religion says.

Rom is better in almost every Presidential category than Obama.
He even LOOKS more like a President than Mr. Smoke-a-Dope.

Another silly thread created by desperate leftist who see Obama's world view collpasing about them and are trying anything and everything to distract people from the awful reality of that collapse.

Johnny, that is such a ridiculous post, even I am surprised at you. You've said you're black and gay.

If you want a President who will HELP blacks, and not give them another hypodermic injection of welfare, Obama is not the President for you. He's half-white man you know.

And if you are bothered because Romney doesn't agree that homosexuality is not a good idea for himself or for anyone else, can't you respect his view? He respects yours. He respects it in that he isn't going to put you in a camp and punish you until you turn straight.

Don't be afraid of Conservative. Liberals tolerate gays because gays can do something for them. Conservative tolerate gays because it is the will of God to love your neighbor whether he's gay or straight, black or less black. You know, Jesus HEALED the cripple at the gate, he didn't give him welfare money.

Cons want to SOLVE the problems of blacks, not medicate them.

For your sake, quit being so angry about it. If you want to vote for Obama, go for it.But there is no reason to hate Romney. And I know you know it.

I've known a lot of gays, and known them pretty well. Gay men are intelligent, and when they want to be, they are as sincere and loving as it gets.

    WANT to be, Johnny. :)

Romney and those backing him are both surreptitious and dangerous to American society.

If it takes another four years of Obama, Americans (con AND lib) will realize that today's Liberalism is NOT what they want for the America they love.

Today's Liberalism would not have worked when the Founding Fathers founded, and it won't work now.

--Unless of course, you 'fundamentally transform America'. And if you 'fundamentally transform something', it is not really that 'something' any more, is it?

Yes boys & girls, capitalism must have limits put to it. But a Eurpean/Obama model isn't necessary.

Romney really needs to come clean; he's quiet about far too many things. At best, we know he's a phoney.

I can't speak for those backing him, because I'm not sure either you or I know who they are, if there IS anyone "backing" him (whatever that means)

But I can pretty much assure you that Romney is not what you'd call surreptitious and is in fact what you'd call honest IF you allowed yourself to be fair and UNINFLUENCED in your judgement of him.

And while ANY unbridled capitalist is somewhat dangerous to the country, I don't think Romney would be as bad as it gets, and I have almost no doubt, that Romney is a MUCH better hope for America than Obama is.

Romney is holding the banner for today's VERY EXTREME 'Conservatism'.

And that man is HIDING a lot of stuff to play the role which the wealthy Tea Party supporters have assigned him. Yeah, he's a sophisticated PUPPET.

We know enough of who is backing Romney. He never fooled those who have a shred of decency and morality about them.

My wife didn't like him at first either. She said she didn't trust him.

I did though. I read people very, very well. He DOES hide. But I'm am confident that what he is hiding, is how easy life comes to him. Not because he's rich though, but because he is happy knowing that God is his backup, not man, and not money. This has made Romney INCREDIBLY successful in the terms that some of us would like to be -financially. But I don't think that's as important to him as you might think.

His view has made him incredibly charitable in giving of his time. (helping his neighbors, visiting the sick, that kind of stuff that I don't do enough of). Did you know he shut down a company that he ran, for a few days while he had all the employees out searching for the wife of a man who was missing? I'll bet you DIDN'T know that, did you?

My wife trusts Romney now. She watched him. I think she believed what I saw could be correct, and she watched for that in him. She likes him a lot now. And his wife is at least as good a person as he is. Those people are loving. And that says it all.

The fact that you have moved further to your left over your lifetime doesn't not mean that the rest of us have become more extreme except in relationship to your own movement. We are where we have always been. It is you that has moved...
