What do you call a law that only applies to a person's job or organization? For example, tax exempt laws ban pastors of tax exempt churches from using their preaching or church funds to support or promote political candidates/campaigns, but they dont ban them or their church members for endorsing political campaigns on their own time from doing it. I know politically it would be classified as a tax law, but in general, what is a law considered if it only applies to a person when they are working in a certain position?
