I don't know about this particular speech but I remember Obama trying to divide Americans every chance he had by, among other things, every time a black was shot telling me (us) it was my (our) fault and I (we) needed to do some soul searching.

 

Must be why he jumped to take sides on race before all the facts were known. So genuine.

 

Here let me translate for you. You need to set down while me, Al sharpton and Jesse Jackson lecture you on race for two weeks.

 

Maybe you should find the video or audio that you are referring to and post it because I do not recall Obama ever addressing race issues in an unintelligent, divisive or disingenuous way.

Have you noticed that the only time there is any type of inflection in Trump's speaking pattern is when he is pandering and riling up his base with hate or when he's whining? When he is reading a prepared statement that is somewhat cohesive and professional, he sounds completely flat, monotone and wooden.
