I've only seen those on the LEFT AND RIGHT equally making the 'majority is a mob ' argument, i.e., 'tyranny of the majority' So, please substantiate your claim.

Perhaps, you only read what Left wing media tells you to believe.

You make a claim, substantiate it. "going on for years', give me a few citations. Anyone can rattle off vacuous accusations, but unless you substantiate it, it's meaningless and a reply such as 'where have you been' isn't a merit worthy rebuttal. I don't traffic in vacuous accusations, unless it's an extreme example, like donald trump who has been committing crimes in front of the nation and the world, without making any attempt to hide his actions.

Okay, I found these two bills,

S.3494 - Ban Congressional Stock Trading Act
Puts stock porffolios and trading in a blind trust
Sen. Ossoff, Jon [D-GA] (Introduced 01/12/2022) still in committee
There are 15 cosponsors, all Dems no Repubs..

H.R.6678 - Bipartisan Ban on Congressional Stock Ownership Act of 2022
Rep. Jayapal, Pramila [D-WA-7] (Introduced 02/09/2022)
There are 15 Cosponsors, 14 Dems & One Repub.
    In subcommittee
: Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit.

so, to say they are 'bipartisan' is premature, we won't know until they reach the floor and there is a vote.

As for the house bill, if repubs deny that 1/6 committee is not bipartisan with 2 repubs on the committee, and this bill and only one repub consponsor, doesn't sound very bipartisan to me, using republican's own standards. I sincerely doubt there will be 10 republicans in the senate to vote for it and it's chances of reaching the floor by Jan 1 2023 are nil.

But, the noteworthy fact is that Democrats are the predominant sponsors behind these bills, NOT republicans.

If I found a few who made that claim, and it were those on the right, and I found no one on the left, it still wouldn't disprove your claim.

    You can't prove a negative.

But, if you found both the right and the left making that claim, that would prove your claim, because you can prove a positive.

Therefore, the onus is on you to prove your claim, because only your claim can be proved. Mine wouldn't prove yours was false.
But only yours would prove yours is true.

    Capiche?
    Your logic wanes.
