I'll take that loyalty & 'supposed' "fault" in spades...!
Not a great pic - but my pup is 'jiving'...
i have a cat called Ninja he in my Avtar
Cats! 2 insiders, 2 in and outers, varying number of ferals I feed. Crazy cat man.
Yeh, death can be more complicated when you deal with it every day. I think it fosters a greater appreciation for life.
Cute. We raise Border Collies off and on. It’s hard to let the babies go. Hope your waiting doesn’t drag on too long.
That's really cool, your naming your cat 'Ninja' - I like it... S
Gargling phonetics in your throat before you say a dogs name (in Deutsche / German - speak)... MY German Shepherd pup is coming home in x 2 wk...Yikes (I'm not ready yet / I've never been more ready!!!) Such is the tumult of waiting...
'Avita Liebe'... I can barely wait to see a furry - fuzz ball responding to this...
I'd really value an update on how things are going... 'Avita Liebe' my GSD pup is going to be entering into my family before the end of the month.
-Anke Liede had congenital heart issues ( 7 yr. old - heartbreaking)
-Schatzie, we grew up together - she was just the best! No other words to describe her... I just remember my laying my head down in her (paunch) / lap & her licking the sorrows of my kindergarten experiences off my face...
A black tom kat kitty named "Tyrone".
I got half tail on my lap. She is a permanent kitten.
Meet Avita Liebe ... aka Vita... it was a long drive & she did great. 9wk's old arriving home this evening. After several hours of exploring she just zonked out, lol... Many more pics to be forthcoming as this is just such an exciting time...
Here’s the latest addition to the crew. Our first mini donkey foal.
Waiting on this guy to ween, blue healer and chiwawa mix, tentatively named "chewy".
Well the name “chewy” fits most pups for several months to a couple years! That’s the first heeler chiwawa mix I’ve ever seen. What will it look like as an adult?
5 in one vaccine at "Jeffers Vet supplies" 10$
Given as an IM injection you do yourself, VS 80$ for the vet to do the same thing.
Daddy is a long haired Chi.
Judging by his size, i'd guess he takes after mom, maybe 25 to 30 pounds grown? Here are some open source pics of the mix...
Thanks. They look intense. I’ll bet they could keep a herd of cows on the move.
Hoping he gets about 30 pounds, he wont be a herder, just to keep my old lady comfortable when i'm (rarely) gone and hopefully have a bit of intelligent agression, when called for. My friend has a litter a big ass pit bull mixes but I felt that would not be a good choice.
I still want a pygmy rattler or a coral snake but my old lady and the law says "NO".... Newborn, aint he cute? Eastern Coral snake.
I’ve never had a healer, but I know a few people that do. All the ones I’ve been around are pretty protective of their “family”. You have just a few weeks to wait?
Yeah, probably a month old now, they need at least 6 weeks to ween?
2 from the city Animal Shelter
Pretty Boy, a big Orange & White tuxedo
Floosie, a runt. Dark gray tiger stripped. 3 months different in age.
And about a year ago, an 18lb cat ball who
was supposed to be pregnant and I would foster her & kittens.
Kitty was just a FAT cat. Another dark gray tiger stripped cat.
Feeding her Science Diet Kitten dry food (Chicken) slimmed her down.
Kitten mix or puppy for fat dogs is like "keto" for them
Well she was kept because Pretty Boy fell in love with her.
So my cat likes to wander around the neighborhood. He'll go anywhere he can- including through any door that he finds open. Well he wandered in to some doods apartment and just started hanging out. So the dood started feeding him. Now my cat is basically his cat because he has wet food and is home more than I am. So I guess my cat isn't really my cat anymore.
So my stepdaughter got a kitten to replace him with. Its gotta be at least half maine coon, and I swear someone is feeding it crack. I love having the kitten around, but I also can't wait til its old enough to be indoor/outdoor. Theres way less important things to destroy outside.
Have 4 cats and a dog but only 1 cat and the dog really are here all the time. The other cats just eat and leave at sunrise if not before and return after dark and eat and go to bed unless it is bad weather. The dog really doesn't care except when they are annoying kittens which we have 1 of right now driving us all crazy. There are 3 more neighborhood semi-feral cats that show up regularly I put food out for but they never come inside.
Avita Liebe w/ her ears still floppy
One of the recent mammoth donkey foals at about 2 hours old.
