Energy can't be created or destroyed. I might be wrong but every part of my has existed throughout time. Therefore every part of my body has previously existed in some form or another. Heck I guess I was even there at the big bang. So what forms would my body have taken previously?
Energy can certainly be created. All energy is created by a destruction of mass. Look up the law of conservation of mass/energy. No, you have not existed throughout time. My problem with religion is it is based on faith and not what can be proved . Although I'm not denying it's a possibility nor will I dicreadit it.

LOL Everything you said is exactly wrong. Energy cannot be created or destroyed! That is precisely what the conservation law tells us. Mass is just one manifestation of energy and Einstein told us exactly how much. We can convert energy from mass energy to other forms and back again. The OP's atoms were created in stars millions of years ago and the energy for that ultimately came from the Big Bang. On the average we are all made from 5th generation star dust, as I recall. The atoms in your body are made of energy that goes back to the big bang. First we had hydrogen and helium atoms and the fundamental forces. As stars undergo fusion to produce light and heat, they also build more complex atoms from the hydrogen that fuels them. Many of the atoms in your body [carbon] were likely created in a 5th generation star. We are all made from nuclear waste!
