    Depends what the indictment was for. But the whole point of incorporating is to protect the individuals.

    Assuming the Trump Organization is a corporation, then it would be fined. Thats about all a corporation can have done to it.

    edit- apparently its an LLC, which is treated similarly to a corporation in terms of taxation and other legalities, but im not sure how its treated as far as unlawful conduct is concerned.
