you can't have freedom of religion if the Government is pushing it's flavor of a religion

if a Church wants to give up it's tax free status, they can participate in politics, you have to pay to play... but still Congress can pass no religious laws that favor any one religion over any other

What unprovable beings are in Buddhism, or Tao? Confucianism is entirely about people and their proper relationships. All of those three are recognized as religions.

You don't need an explanation for an explanation. In other words, if we found a large dirt mound containing tools and arrowheads, it would be reasonable to deduce that men put them there, without knowing who they were or where they came from. Just like with the evidence for design, we can assume an intelligent being did it. There is more information in what Darwin thought to be a simple cell than in several sets of encyclopedia. Where have we ever seen information that wasn't put there by intelligence?
