    Obviously nobody cares.

The last thread you started about this exact same subject died in another section, so you restarted it today.

Thanks for being a solid contributor to REDUNDANCY in PF's Forum Index.

Watergate took 21 months from Nixon's 1972 election until his August, 1974 resignation.

    Mueller is just getting started.

    Patience, grasshopper.

    Nothing personal, of course.

Carry on and happy trolling. :salute:

Because we all know denouncing violence, bigotry, and calling for unity just ain't PC enough for the snowflakes.

...two days later...then pulling it back and saying what he said the first time was good enough...

Oh and it was snowflakes in Russia that pretty much did the Nazi's in, so don't underestimate them.

His first statement came before anything was known. What he said was good enough, just not for the SJWs.

    Here is my argument.

The statues tell us about History. Especially statues in places where those conflicts were fought. They tell is the names of the actors, where the conflict took place, and what the fight was about.

It is through this that we learn that in the past there were people who had no respect for individual rights and freedoms (the main principle on which this nation was founded). By learning about these historical figures we learn about these principles on which this nation was founded.

Some on the left want to stamp out history. They do not want people to learn about the past. They think by stamping out history they will stamp out ideas that they do not like.

Belief in freedom of expression is not belief only in freedom for ideas that one agrees with. Belief in freedom is belief for expression of ideas that one detests .. Salmon Rushdie.

These folks on the left hate individual rights and freedoms- for things the disagree with - they hate the main principle on which this nation was founded - respect for individual liberty.

It is by bringing detestable ideas out into the open that they die under the weight of their own flaws. Trying to hide these ideas under the rug only helps these ideas fester under the blanket of ignorance.

The good citizens of the US have forgotten, or are ignorant of the basic principles on which this nation was founded - individual rights and freedoms "Above" the legitimate authority of Gov't.

Because of this ignorance the Gov't is able trampling on essential liberty without causing much of an outcry.

We have gone from "Give me liberty or Give me Death" to "It is your Patriotic duty to give up Liberty.

We have gone from "Land of the Free, home of the Brave" to "Land of the quazi totalitarian police nanny state, home of those who cower in corners in fear, begging to give up essential liberty to purchase temporary security"

Ben Franklin "those who would give up essential liberty to purchase temporary security deserve neither liberty nor security"

Rather than use these monuments as an education tool - perhaps putting a plaque on them explaining - these are the principles on which this nation was founded and this was what this person believed and fought for but our principles prevailed ... they want to stamp out these ideas and leave people in ignorance ... furthering our descent into the state of indentured servitude and oppression the founders were trying to avoid.

Not when it comes to Trump they don't. Soon they will be focused on the lint he has in his pockets.

Meuller will find his Scooter Libby if he really wants to.
They were desperate after they lost the Montana race. Now Moore is over 50% and 20 points above the RINO in AL.
The corrupt political class is in full Kamikaze mode.

    If Trump has to shut down the gov't to secure funds for the walls construction, liberals will be more concerned about the lint in their own pockets ... no wall, no welfare checks.:;);

CNN admits LW idiocy - no longer a mental health concern for what passes for the left these days.

“By trying to avoid an embarrassing ordeal, ESPN has embarrassed itself.
On Tuesday night, the network confirmed that its management moved an Asian-American announcer, Robert Lee, off the University of Virginia's home opener football game "simply because of the coincidence of his name."
“The headline said, "MSESPN Pulls Asian Announcer Named Robert Lee Off UVa Game To Avoid Offending Idiots." The story was so popular that the site's servers were overloaded on Tuesday evening.”
CNN, Robert Lee: ESPN under fire for taking announcer off UVA game, By Brian Stelter, August 23, 2017.

Investigations (like this) get progressively more SILENT as they get closer to the Top People.

We might not hear anything more about Trump/Russia until Mueller starts rolling out subpoenas and indictments.

The shutdown should be as painful as possible for the political class, and all the revenue saved should be returned to the people.

Refund checks for workers that grow with the length of the shutdown.

Russia? Yesterday's news. We now gots us a social media, so we gots ta keep movin'... :bounce:

Trust me, we haven't heard the last about email servers and an Attorney General having a private meeting with the hubby on a plane.

Neo-socialist-nazis. Just wait 'til the MSM hears about the NSN...

This just in: CNN has confirmed that the President has lint in his pockets. Remember, keep it on CNN for hard hitting investigative reporting.

Just imagine what would have happened to this poor announcer had his name been David Duke! (I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried...).

Most of what still passes for the Left has lost its collective mind. Every effort to warn them about their drift from reality fails.

“The most prolific of the conspiracy-mongers tend to focus on the Russia scandal, weaving a narrative so sensationalistic and complex that it could pass for a Netflix political drama. Theirs is a world where it is acceptable to allege that hundreds of American politicians, journalists, and government officials are actually secret Russian agents; that Andrew Breitbart was murdered by Vladimir Putin; that the Kremlin has “kompromat” on everyone, and oh-by-the-way a presidency-ending sex tape is going to drop any day now.

Writing recently in The New Republic, Sarah Jones identified the popularity of these notorious tweetstormers—some of whom boast followings in the hundreds of thousands—as part of a “disturbing emerging trend” on the left. “Liberals desperate to believe that the right conspiracy will take down Donald Trump promote their own purveyors of fake news,” she wrote.”

THE ATLANTIC, How the Left Lost Its Mind, Polemicists, conspiracists, and outright fabulists are feeding an alternative media landscape—where the implausibility of a claim is no bar to its acceptance. MCKAY COPPINS JUL 2, 2017.

Trump has provided better fishing waters in a successful effort to take our attention off of Russia. That's where Russia went.
