I think Utah or Arizona would be good; they could help reclaim the land. However, they might not get along with the Mormons in Utah. I voted for Long Island, but that's already overcrowded and might be under water soon. There is no point in wasting industry and energy, though: they should definitely come to the US.
what should have happened is a big chunk of Germany should have been given to the Jews after WW2. it was done for Poland, it could have been done for the Jews. Millions of Germans were sent packing west to Germany, so there would be little to no ethnic clashes. Had this been done for the Jews, justice would have been done and we would have many fewer Middle East conflicts today. Had Zionism not existed or barely had a footprint in Palestine, I bet this plan would have become reality.

Then, this blessed "international law" is something which isn't, it's simply a system of conventions and agreements which are valid only among the countries who have accepted them. International law, at the end, it's a system of private contracts among states. The mentioned territories are disputed, their condition is the result of wars, so that it's all to be negotiated: from the status of the citizens [Israelis and Arabs as well] to the borderlines, from the laws to apply to the authorities responsible for this and that, once the status of military occupied territories will end.
