    Probably, but whatever happens in the Senate will not remove the permanent stain of impeachment on his "resume"...

    I think if you watch those anchors a little closer, they are saying he should be in prison, not would be.. since they have no say in the matter...

    And with his disapproval numbers in several states he won steady below 46%, best of luck repeating that perfect storm again...

    Umm his parody was bullcrap. In no way did Trump even slightly suggest the Ukraine leader should "make up dirt." Schiff should step down.

    I guess your right if you could prove concretely that there was one minus the explicit words. I'd say a prosecutor would much rather have the actual words though.

    In this case I doubt you could prove a crime especially to the republican Senators. There is just so much gray area open to interpretation .

    Even if Biden's son did anything illegal, I fail to see why it matters unless it can be tied to his father, who's running for POTUS.

    But this is just you deflecting. Trump bribes a foreign head of state with tax dollars appropriated by Congress for a specific use. This is worthy of impeachment. The fact that you would sooner attack the whistleblowers and Joe Biden's son is worrisome, though unsurprising.

    I recall when many of my neighbors were adamant about Nixon's innocence. You won't see many former Nixon supporters praising Nixon today. I suspect the same will be true of Trump supporters a few decades from now.
