If black folks are disproportionately convicted then it makes a mockery of your chosen stats showing black folk commit more crimes per capita.

Of course! They are both prejudice. But only one of them could be labeled as "racism" (depends on other factors)

And I'm not "spinning" anything. I'm explaining to you the proper use of words in a sociological context. But, ultimately, it's up to you if you want to use technical words properly or not. Just be aware that using words improperly kinda tends to diminish the person's credibility.

 

Got the videos of white people doing this same thing? I've been waiting since yesterday. Having some issues finding them? What about when Jussie Smollet was attacked by "white supremacists". Can you please post some photos of those "white supremacists" since you can't even find a subway crime video (millions of whites in NYC and you can't find one single subway crime of them)

Actually, it's exactly the opposite. It's the right winger who is calling "racist" something that is not ("everything", of course, is a word for people who think in binary... which I don't do). But you'll have to read the whole discussion. No shortcuts.
