Whites, Not Blacks, Are the Most Discriminated Against Group in America Today

Sorry I should have clarified by "shows". I meant awards/recognition shows, along the lines of the BET awards or Latino Oscars You think a white ONLY awards show would fly in this country, hehe? Nor should it. But there are plenty for women ONLY, Hispanic ONLY, Black ONLY, ect. But no white only or male ONLY. There are female only conferences. Plenty aimed at all minorities, but no "serious" male only conferences to attend....and why should there be? Why does any group need a separate conference dedicated only to them? Everyone apparently needs their safe space except white males. Only then do we need inclusion and diversity. Its a disgusting double standard that gives the impression that guys just aren't ALLOWED to be proud of being guys. Women should be empowered. Black people should be empowered. Latinos should be PROUD of their heritage and culture and celebrate it. But anything that celebrates men...thats misogynistic and EVIL and bad and wrong. But men should just suck it all up and deal with it, because apparently we're the only minority that DESERVES the abuse now....and yes, MEN ARE A MINORITY believe it or not=) We just need to keep our traps shut because if we open them...we're just little pu$$ies.

Name one that is specifically only for black people because the one posted was found to include provisions for including whites and provisions for exluding minorities.

 

Women, black, Hispanic-only awards shows make sense when you consider wants and things that each group likes to see and things they can relate to. Truth is, all those groups are really small historically in comparisons to all of Hollywood and representation is important. White males don't need one because they've been at the forefront of everything for a long time and still are. I guarantee you anyone can name no less than 6 white male directors but struggle for ones from other groups. As for the male demographic, would YOU want to attend an all-male award show or ceremony? No women at all?

 

Sorry but the government has an interest in supporting it's citizens. Whether its loans and grants to individuals or subsidies and contracts to businesses. If you want argue that minorities as a group aren't disadvantaged and don't need assistance then prove it. But unless you want the government to stop giving billions in subsidies to big businesses or providing assistance of any kind to groups who might require them I must assume your objection to this particular instance is born out of racism.

 

There are German American Societies around the US. Locally there is a Swedish cultural center. I've never heard anyone accuse them of being racist even though they mostly celebrate white culture.

White people began near the Baltic sea, and, genetically, to this day, the most white, white people in the world live around the Baltic Sea. In the US, the most white, white people tend to live in the Minnesota - Dakotas area. Oddly, most white supremacists tend to live in the south, where blonde hair is either rare or dyed.

 

Prove it? Use your little brain. Itis illegal to discriminate against anyone , unless they are white . Then different rules apply because of the color of their skin.

In case you aren’t aware, Milo is a private citizen. He has no federal government or state official capacity what so ever. He holds no office. He has no political status. He makes no laws. Again, he is a private citizen who may spend his money how he chooses.

Whites can join all those organizations. Nice try though.

 

Our government provides financial support to people and groups who need it because improving the conditions of Americans is it's reason for existing. It gives billions each year in subsidies to businesses and industries it deems worthy of government support. Now unless you mean to tell me you oppose all government aide or mean to prove that whites are "socially disadvantaged" or that the minorities listed are not, then I must assume your objections are racially motivated.

 

Oh you know ... affirmative action . There is a long list.

 

I just need you to prove that even though america just had a black man as president of the USA that the poor black man is discriminated against ... geeze , the guy probably isnt american or he lied to get free college . But discriminated against he was not.

Not at all. I won't watch nor care about any special awards for anyone based or race or gender. That's discrimination. Didn't we fight for decades to get rid of it?

And since white males built Hollywood, why wouldn't they be the dominant string pullers? That's like saying too many white males own tech companies and thats WRONG. Obviously many Progressives think white males controlling anything is bad, so hey, thats life. Is it wrong when people who took the biggest initiative and had the most interest in a particular subject, dominate that industry? Like Black people in Bball and the NFL? Shouldn't the most talented rise to the top or should we prevent too many of one group from succeeding just so you can feel better?

 

First of all why would a white person want to join a group that advocates for policies that are inherently detrimental to him?

Second of all being able to join the group is not the point. The point is that they’re allowed to create those groups without being considered racist. But if I tried to create a white MBA association I would be immediately declared racist as would anyone who tried to join making it pointless.

And yet we are supposed to believe that blacks are disenfranchised? Get serious. This isn’t 1950.

 

No sir it is encumbant upon YOU to prove that blacks ARE socially disadvantaged if you want to discriminate against whites by denying them access to the same money.

I tell you what. You explain to me how a black man can PROVE he is socially disadvantaged like white people are expected to do.

 

Because you folks aren’t looking for equality. You’re looking for inequality in your favor with whites in the disadvantaged position as vengeance for how blacks were treated decades and centuries ago.
