    Yes they most certainly do say that. I have to be a part of a minority group, in other words non-white, to get those grants. Because my skin is white I can’t access them.

    There are many communities in the USA, where the entire population is white. Think rural areas.
    But even in Milwaukee, there are areas that have no blacks in the community.

    Do you think there is a black in every city in America?

    Are you suggesting blacks aren't welcome because the areas are majority white?

    Is an area that is majority white somehow discriminatory in your opinion?

    Yes. I’m trying to figure figure out how you come to the conclusion that a government grant that is specifically for minorities, which whites do not qualify as, is not discriminatory against white people.

    Please explain.

    But my 1st post in this thread I explained why certain black only groups exist.

    I said there are many schools across the country that are white only and have white only graduation ceremonies.
    Why would I try to prove something I've never claimed? Are you guavaball in a new sock?
