The fact-checker isn't wrong, but is using weasel-words to claim that the statements made are false, which is what everyone has a problem with when it comes to fact checking. Sure, Snoopes correctly pointed out that the "Ukraine donated the most to the Clinton Foundation" claim consist of contributions by individuals, and not governments. However, this "Educating Liberals" guy never claimed it was the Ukraine government. Sure, the publication has pointed out that this is technically a lie by "omission," but they don't seem to understand the context of a social media platform such as Twitter, which only allows you to post so much context. Either way, I wouldn't have rated this claim false. At worse, I would have rated it misleading.
