I believe you are mistaken, Eighty Deuce,

The Americans who stayed in school and obtained a good education are doing very well. thank you!

Please look carefully at who in America is out of work and you may change your mind.

If people would stay in school, get a good education and work hard every day, they too would become very successful. But too many people today would rather take the "easy" way out, and then they "moan and groan" and complain because other people, the "wealth creators", who have worked hard all their lives, have so much more than they do! Sad ... Very Sad. These people have no one to blame for their misfortunes but themselves.

The follolwing chart clearly bears this fact out.

Capitalism is wonderful. "A rising tide lifts all boats."- John Kennedy. The unemployment rate among most college graduates today is less that 5%. Among people with a professional degree it is less than 2.5%. The unemployment rate among most college graduates today is less that 5%. Among people with a professional degree it is less than 2.5%. The "average" salaries of these people range from $54,000 to $80,600 per year.

Data are 2010 annual averages for persons age 25 and over. Earnings are for full-time wage and salary workers. Source: Bureau of Labor Statistics, Current Population Survey.

Thats fine and dandy, Yes your chart shows that people with degree's fared better. We would all like to go to school And become the Chief. The problem is ,there are only so many openings for that position. We got a lot of indians out of work. Your solution is go to school and become a Chief. You need to go back to school and learn whats going on in the real world. The world of the indians.

You are very mistaken, other guy.

You are making excuses like so many people I know who have dropped out of school and then complain becausae they can't find a job because no one will hire them.

The problem is there are many good manufacturing jobs out there that often go unfilled. Unfortunately, most people don’t have the necessary skills to qualify for them!

It has become very apparent that most of the liberals in this group are very misinformed and downright wrong when it comes to increasing U.S. corporate taxes and at the same time bringing back to our nation millions of good jobs that have been outsourced to China.

As a matter of fact, they are so misguided, even President Bill Clinton does not agree with them! I should also note he has been very critical of the failed economic policies of Barack Obama!

    Check this out.

"Fourteen million Americans remain out of work, a waste of our greatest resource. The 42nd president has more than a dozen ideas on how to attack the jobs crisis."

The Pols from both sides of the aisle over the years have all sold the USA out with making the laws in the USA less favorable to allow businesses to stay in the USA.

There hasn't been a fair trade status in the USA for more than 30 years now. We have to have a level playing field so that our merchandise is equal in price and quality to that which is made overseas.

I can appreciate that those with a better education will do better on average than those without. That is what your chart shows. However, you are mistaken in how you are looking at the issue here. We are comparing the employment situation now with what it was, say 30 years ago. Americans can no longer competitively manufacture. The biggest single reason for that is the volume of goods we import now vs. then that have been produced at a lower cost than if we produced them here. From hammers to automobiles, and a whole lot in between.
