Well, you are just perpetuating that legacy. No change will happen if we don't make it happen.

Why not? It's almost happened before. However, your rant about public schools is just silly.

    And infrastructure.

We always hear about our crumbling roads and bridges when the Government wants to reach deeper into our pockets, yet only Trump is mentioning it now.

Every crack and pothole I ride over is another nod to mismanagement of funds and priorities.

    America and Americans first.

Tell me about it...here in ma we have a billion dollar highway that looks like it was bombed by the desert storm force. We have tunnel ceiling panels falling and crushing people to death and manhole covers that mysteriously jump up into oncoming traffic decapitating young school teachers. If only they had a few billion more they may get it right. Its like the obamacare website disaster.

Not for the manhole covers and definitely not for the potholes. Ceiling yes.....but the fact remains...billions were spent and the glued concrete ceiling panel fell and crushed a woman to death in a most gruesome manner because democrats allowed our tax dollars to grease the palms of contractors.

I agree, but I think both parties are guilty of doing this. That's why I want people to start seriously considering 3rd party candidates.

    Yep,
And when you add in all the costs to own a vehicle here..sales taxes, excise taxes, insurance costs, registrations, gas taxes...we have a right to expect alot more return.

I like hearing one of the candidates touch upon this.

Trump is not "my guy"... I most wanted Rick Perry, but his campaign was destroyed by liberal Democrats in Travis County, Texas with a spurious lawsuit against him, which was thrown out of court this February. That said, if Hilarity is elected we WILL get another lock-step, socialist stooge in the Supreme Court, exactly like Sotomayor and Kagan, the two socialist-sucks that Obama installed there. Trump? Who knows what the hell he will do, BUT, it is unlikely that he would (or could) come up with anybody as anti-constitutional and ruinously liberal as Hilarity is certain to....

    Trump.

While Trump is not my first choice as a candidate, Hilary is definitely my last choice. A vote for Johnson or any other third party is a vote for Hilary.

And why anyone would vote for Hilary unless they are paid to vote for her is a mystery. She is a proven liar and criminal, she has always abused her position for personal profit, she has betrayed the public trust her entire life.

Hate to say it, but am thinking of either sitting this one out or writing in the name of Chris Christie, one of my early favorites. I can't vote for Hillary, no matter what. She is the single most repulsive politician and person I can think of.

I like Trump, but I don't think he really even wants to be president. (Running for office and running the office aren't the same.) Maybe we need a guy who just reads the constitution front to back a few times and wings it from there. Has he read the constitution? I wonder.

I'm aware of the argument that a vote for anyone other than Trump is a vote for Hillary, and it weighs on me.

I did this dog and pony show by having pals of mine vote for Ross Perot.

Yes, Gary in my opinion, but not in the opinion of the vast public sounds like the best of all choices.

But this is not you nor me. We can hope and pray the public rallies behind Johnson only to suffer with him a huge loss.

I can jump on his train on the way to the wreckage.

Johnson could easily have tried to defeat Trump.

So why didn't he leap in?

Because he doesn't have the funds or the backing most likely. The two main parties have become MONSTERS. Seriously.

i agree the problem is a 3rd party is typically a parasite that sucks votes from one of the parties so people shy away from them.
