Keep in mind the 'state and local' column is always going to reflect rich people moving to areas with lower taxes.

IF anyone has an "inalienable" right to vote (which they do not) then the courts have ruled that the government can limit such a right. That's what you get for changing words with professional wordsmiths.

Blacks vote for democrats because they are good slaves to their masters who have owned them since before the Civil War. They know what democrats will do to them if they don't vote democrat. They will sick the KKK on them like they did for 100 years.

 

Meh. I think any blacks genuinely worried about the KKK will simply take advantage of their civil right to bear arms. Blacks alone outnumber KKK by a ridiculous amount, to say nothing of all the other colors that hate the KKK too.
