I am beginning to see why people don't reply to your posts. You have some kind of anger issue. I think I'll stop as well.

 

Yes, pointing out a straw man is obviously an anger issue.

As is pointing out the paradox is obtaining ballistics glass when you claim to be a man chosen by god.

Here's the real oddity I personally experience.

The christian god as a concept would be incredible if I could believe in a god.

Eternal life in a paradise after a miniscule and paltry amount of time spent in a physical human form. Of course I would want that...who wouldn't. You would have to be nuts to not take that deal.

But I do not believe there is a god. Period. I do not choose to deliberately NOT believe in a deity.

 

Not any more than I choose to dismiss the notion of the tooth fairy.

I am open to the idea of a supernatural, I believe it would be very cool if there were such a thing. However I am far from committing myself to such an idea on the basis of faith alone.

 

The problem has never been what I beleive. the problem is what others try to force me to believe.

I do not know but by the number of religious zeolots who seem not to "get it" it seems that there are people who are operating at a level much lower than that of an 8th grader.
