Why is Corporate America Saying 'Black Lives Matter’ Now?

And yes in 2020 if you do not vocally support BLM you are against them and thus are a target, after all "white silence is violence" according to them.

Reactionary, yes, but I fail to see how describing it as pandering changes anything. Any decision that benefits a group of people can be described as pandering. There's a difference between pandering for a vote and pandering for a dollar. One is good for the economy.

The corporate boycotts during the gay marriage debate were reactionary as well. And you could say they were pandering to the LGBTQ community. I guess you'd be correct. I'm also correct that gay marriage ceremonies are huge opportunities for profit.

The market generally knows what it's doing under these circumstances. Like I said, they see the writing on the wall, and have jumped onboard.

 

agree... there are racist blacks and racist whites, no one disagrees with this, both groups will try to take things too far, the hope is we meet in the middle, all lives matter.. including blacks, including whites

And bad cops suck.

But black doctors for blacks, black juries for blacks, throwing out convections for minorities etc is as racist as anything in the last 100 years IMO. That kind of ideology was condoned in Seattle last month by the leaders of the city and state.

I can not point out bad cop and racist of either color as readliy as I can the failed group that prompted and the leadership that allowed that stupidty.

 

Justified Revenge? I'm a huge fan of that if it is taken against the guilty by the wronged, give me popcorn and I'll cheer as it goes down.

But that is not the case here. That opportunity has long since passed as they are all dead.

 

I will change pandering to submission under pressure.
