I don't know what is a stall but I rarely use the urinals and I'm a man. I go inside the toilet and I lock my door, so I can do my job in complete privacy without me showing my c*ck to other men. I also take a piece of toilet paper, dry my c*ck so it won't leak p*ss in my own boxers. That is simple hygiene that I'm very surprised so few people possess.

Men who identify as women and dress as women and, in some cases, had had gender reassignment surgery have been granted access to women's public washrooms. How does this translate to 8 year old girls seeing penises in pubic washrooms? There are no urinals in womens' washrooms, so where would these girls be seeing them? Unless you are talking about men taking advantage of the new rule, dressing up as women to expose themselves or, perhaps, molest young girls. That would be a serious issue, I agree. But what percentage of the time is that occurring? And really, did we need to have new laws passed in order for that to happen? Do you have any statistics regarding the rates at which this is occurring compared to the time prior to the law?
