As so often, I think foreigners are intervening in a civil war. The side they back may well win, but we shall soon be seeing whether that is a real benefit to the majority of the country's population. I'd guess the Iraqis and the Afghans would have their doubts about that.

Why we blaming NATO? For Afganistan ,Iraq, may be Syria, may be Iran...
One simple question spining in my mind "why USA anxiety of making
    role "Global Policman?"

The US would have been happy if Libya had remained stable.

Iraq is a different story, IMO.. Saddam was a bad actor and our timing was poor.

    Syria has been handled correctly.

Obama waited to tell Assad to step down until there was a consensus from Germany, France and the UK.

We really don't want to be the Global Policeman.

But, these events have a way of spilling over and creating massive refugee populations.

    Your English is fine.

I know that the US lied about Iraq...

The problems could have been handled VERY differently.. but Bush was NO diplomat..

Obama takes his time.. waits for information and doesn't act alone.

I think he is a far better diplomat than Bush if only because he LISTENS.

Trust me.. We didn't want this mess in Libya.. but the two issues IMO were the problem of refugees and proximity to the Suez Canal and SUMED.
