Well, obama did continue his policies. Bush continued the Clinton policies that led to the financial meltdown so he is not blameless.

 

Useless? Being able to see doctors is useless? Being able to get insurance with pre-existing conditions is useless? Keeping your child on your plan till s;he is 25 is useless? What happened to the fantastic health care plan that Trump promised? You had all branches of government for two years and you came up with absolutely nothing. And I don’t think most Americans agree with you because they don’t want to give up their health insurance

Sure, go see a doctor. After you pay your $5K in premiums and $10K deductible, a $15K colonoscopy sounds lovely.

My own feeling is that Trump is preparing us for a coup. He knows that he really has no other choice, Mueller has the goods on him and even his puppy dog Senate will be unable to ignore flat out Treason. He will be in prison by the end of the year, if not sooner
So within a month or so I expect there to be a Reichstag Fire, a totally staged "terrorist incident" that Trump will use to declare Martial Law and subsequently become President-For-Life

Trump has painted himself into prison. He knows what he did and he also knows he seriously underestimated the ability of the US Government to find that out. This is not just defrauding some bankruptcies on casinos or scamming some beefsteak; this is espionage and election fraud and he will be impeached and incarcerated for a long time. It's better than NO Healthcare, which is what you and the Republicans obviously want since you have proposed NO alternative to Obamacare in the several years it has existed..

Oh wait, I'm sorry, the redoubtable Dr Rand has proposed one plan. He wants to revoke Reagan's 1986 legislation that made hospitals have to give the indigent care even if they can't pay. He really does want the corpses to be piling up outside of the locked ER doors at hospitals.

So far that is the ONLY Republican plan I've seen.

 

And to return to the topic I oppose our building what even many of its proponents say will be a largely ineffective symbol of our bigotry and hostility to and toward all other countries. It would be much cheaper and more effective to simply replace the torch on the Statue of Liberty with an upraised middle finger directed at the rest of the world

Odd, there is no deductible for colonoscopy for most. It is covered 100% by most insurance plans these days. If the criteria of over 50 and 1/yr is met.
