My girlfriend is a Hilary supporter. When asked why, she answered:

"There's no way she's going to be making decisions without consulting her husband (whom she believes to be the best President in the last 30 years), and a 3rd Bill Clinton Presidency doesn't sound so bad."

Now, I know what you're going to say:
"But so far HRC has shown no signs of doing "Clinton-esque" things and she probably hates her husband in private anyway."

That might be true, but if she's the next POTUS, then it will be the first truly executive type role for her, and well... any reasonable person with her record should realize that getting a little help from the hubby wouldn't be a bad idea.
And I think many foreign leaders will assume the same, that they're just dealing with Bill again, ruling from behind the veil.

    What do you guys think?

Bill Clinton is done and a totally spent force. He is hardly likely to receive cooperation from Republicans.

Ayuh,.... I think Hilarious has already ruled the Whitehouse for 8 years,.....

The only thing Bill has ever cared 'bout is where's the next wet spot to put his pud,.....

    Hillary is a woman scorned.

It's even worse than that. She's gay and she has cankles.

Hillary is going to (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)-slap Bill the minute he opens his mouth. He's going to have to learn that he's only the First Husband.

I have a feeling that 'ol Slick Willy doesn't want anything to do with being near the presidency again. He's having too much fun living the life of a millionaire that's hanging out with billionaires chasing women (well, having women brought to him actually)

Why give up that lifestyle and live under a microscope in the White House?

I think you should dump your girlfriend to be honest.

As we have suffered along, year after miserable year of the 21st Century under, first, Idiot Bush, and then, Idiot Obama, I have recalled the Bill Clinton presidency with an unexpected wistful nostalgia and even - longing! With all his faults, and they were many, Bill Clinton was surely the most intelligent, and most beneficially productive man we've had in the White House since Ronald Reagan, IMHO.

A Hillary presidency would be largely a Bill Clinton "Third Term" because the truth about her is that she's never really been anything but a disorganized, doctrinaire, "hippie chick" of a 1960's vintage. As president, she would be a punitive, vindictive "Madame Defarge" (from "A Tale of Two Cities"), shoving even more of the hyperliberal social agenda bull(*)(*)(*)(*) down Americans' throats -- really, little more than a continuance of Obama.

But Bill would do "the heavy lifting" of thinking through what to do about the entire international scene, and, dealing in a sane, collaborative manner with other branches of the United States Government (instead of Obama's dictatorially ham-fisted "pen and phone" method).

What do Republicans offer instead? More of the Bush "Dynasty"...? As I gaze into our murky national crystal ball, I see the face of Bill Clinton, and things are so bad now that this may, indeed, be the best that we can do for the next eight years....

Bill is going to be to busy "paying the bills" to consult with Hillary much. Amazing to hear a woman hope for that. The last politician I heard of who ran his wife as a proxy was George Wallace for Alabama governor. She was independent of him, and really pissed him off.

Because of Bill's ego and the love of absolute power. Besides he really was one of the best presidents we ever had although I disagreed with him about one third of the time. Hillary is as big a socialist idiot as Obama is. If she is elected she will be in charge of handing out more welfare and running the Democrat socialism agenda, just like Obama does now. Bill would run the higher level stuff and all the international issues.
