I've opened this in the "conspiracy" section to save the Moderators the trouble of moving it from "political opinions". It won't be popular with Hillary lovers, but think about it.... So, Antonin Scalia, the most staunch defender of the U. S. Constitution is found dead, shortly after taking some very Obama-unfriendly positions on a few of the regime's more galling initiatives, including its subversion of the LAW on illegal aliens in the country. Oh, but what a lovely opportunity for Führer Obama to stick in another lockstep, stooge Leftist "Justice" of the same kind that Sotomayor and Kagan have been. Ooh, but the mean old right-wing RACISTS in the Senate, led by the formally docile Mitch McConnell have told Obama, in essence, "You can go pound sand, bud... it's just a few more months until we'll finally get a different president, and it won't be YOU!" But now here comes the whole Hillary Clinton classified information debacle, and it becomes increasingly clear that Obama is going to do absolutely NOTHING about it, Obama's two most-involved appointees, Loretta Lynch, the A. G., and FBI Director James Comey move their lips every few weeks, but they have really done absolutely NOTHING to force Hillary Clinton into a courtroom to answer for her incredibly reckless and stoopid crimes against national security. Now, the conspiracy theory -- Obama gets McConnell on the phone and says, "Mitch, we've both got a problem, and I've got a solution!" McConnell, hoping that the solution doesn't involve him being cursed as a RACIST, says, "I'm all ears, Mr. President...." Obama stubs out his cigarette and goes straight to the point, "I'll tell Comey and Lynch to turn the wheels to indict Hillary, BUT, you've got to consider my Supreme Court Justice nominee(s) in return!" McConnell, happy at not being cursed as a RACIST, says, "Game on, Mr. President!" So, whadda ya think? It's more of a win-win than it first appears: 1. Obama keeps his White House staff (and potentially, himself) out of the Hillary scandal 2. Obama gets SCOTUS nominee(s) in front of the Senate 3. Obama gets revenge on the Clintons, who treated him like (*)(*)(*)(*) in the 2008 Democrat nomination campaign. 4. Obama prepares the way for a late entry by Joe Biden who can win the 2016 presidential race fairly easily. 5. The GOP keeps a dangerously irresponsible and reckless half-wit from taking over the presidency in 2017. Hint: the GOP can (CAN) work with a Joe Biden, even though it wouldn't be a romance. But Hillary Clinton would demand to follow Obama's example and rule over the country with a "pen and phone". Biden knows what it means to work with Congress, and he'd be better at it than Obama, Clinton, or anybody else in the Democrat Party. Conclusion: Even with a relentless, hammer-headed liberal philosophy, Joe Biden would make a far better president than a despotic, autocratic "Madame Defarge" like Hillary Clinton! Obama could make this deal and keep his legacy intact (for those who like it), and, he would "notch his gun handle" with a THIRD Supreme Court Justice, insuring "progressive" and "activist" decisions for years to come! Not bad!
