In terms of forcing a self-reforming of USA courts and cops aka criminal justice system?? Here's a report about the USA, as requested by The United Nations, to share with the world. https://www.sentencingproject.org/publications/un-report-on-racial-disparities/
This video dies a good job of addressing this statistic. While I highly recommend you watch the whole, the part wgere is specifically addresses this starts at around the 5 minute mark.
The video makes no sense, as it misconstrues racism's reality and tells lies on factual history. The video strategically avoids pointing out why racism happened, where it points out racism might be misidentified. It pretends that every uppity White person, in the USA, is unaware that their family reunions will never consist of humans named DeVonte Donnell Jerome Tamika and Fuquan or Tyrone. It pretends that when Blacks commit the most murders, it is not a direct result of surviving within the Hopelessness which the legacy of slavery/Jim Crow Laws ensure for them thanks to White America.
For example? How so? Where? So, it's the white man's fault that Tyrone shot Jerome because he looked at him funny?
Why are you only concerned about racial injustice? A question that's worth having a look at. Anyway, any time you hand personal discretion to anyone with a position of responsibility, there's going to be the potential for misuse. How do you propose we go about trying to address that problem? Punish a judge if he sentenced a black man to 7 years and we think if it had been a white man it would have only been 6 ? More racial diversity training for those in top positions of authority in the system? (being a bit sarcastic here, in case you couldn't tell)
